The Metro Center building is also called the Thompson Building.
From New York:
Take 1-95(N) to Exit 7. Turn right at 2nd light onto Washington Boulevard. Turn left at the light immediately after passing under the train trestle, onto Station Place.
From Boston:
Take 1-95(S) to Exit 7. Turn left at 4th light onto Washington Boulevard. Turn left at the light immediately after passing under the train trestle, onto Station Place.
From Stamford Train Station:
The Metro Center/Thompson building is diagonal to the Stamford Train Station. At Stamford station, leave the building through the Station Place exit. At street level, there will be a parking garage across from the station. Make a right and our building is across the street on the corner of Station place and Washington Boulevard.
